Heart & Soul is our signature blend of coffee created exclusively for Beyu Caffe by friends in the Durham community. It is also the Official Coffee of the Durham Performing Arts Center, being served during performances. After tasting several coffees from various countries, Heart & Soul was developed by combining the full and smooth chocolate undertone found in Indonesian coffees, the brightness and crisp dryness of South American coffees, and the subtle fruitiness of coffees grown in Central America's rainforest.

Kenyan Sensation, commonly known as Kenya Peaberry, is from the country of Kenya in Africa. It has a natural sweet berry aroma, and like many varietals that come from Kenya, it possesses an intense brightness, thus giving it a tangy taste. Considered a great breakfast blend, the coffee's brightness (or acidity) complements the coffee' thin, syrupy and sweet body, all while providing a silky smooth finish.

Organic Java Sumatra is a coffee that hails from the Gayo Mountain in Sumatra, the largest island in Indonesia. Sumatra and Java are popular islands of Indonesia producing coffee that has a rich aroma of semi-sweet chocolate with noted accents of dry spice. There is a mellow brightness in taste, but offers a full and smooth body that provides a very nice aftertaste that lingers long enough.
