Blends
*Heart & Soul Blend
Heart & Soul is our signature blend of coffee created exclusively for Beyu Caffe by friends in the Durham community. It is also the Official Coffee of the Durham Performing Arts Center, being served during performances. After tasting several coffees from various countries, Heart & Soul was developed by combining the full and smooth chocolate undertone found in Indonesian coffees, the brightness and crisp dryness of South American coffees, and the subtle fruitiness of coffees grown in Central America's rainforest.

Single Origins
Kenyan Sensation
Kenyan Sensation, commonly known as Kenya Peaberry, is from the country of Kenya in Africa. It has a natural sweet berry aroma, and like many varietals that come from Kenya, it possesses an intense brightness, thus giving it a tangy taste. Considered a great breakfast blend, the coffee's brightness (or acidity) complements the coffee' thin, syrupy and sweet body, all while providing a silky smooth finish.
Organic Java Sumatra
Organic Java Sumatra is a coffee that hails from the Gayo Mountain in Sumatra, the largest island in Indonesia. Sumatra and Java are popular islands of Indonesia producing coffee that has a rich aroma of semi-sweet chocolate with noted accents of dry spice. There is a mellow brightness in taste, but offers a full and smooth body that provides a very nice aftertaste that lingers long enough.
Organic Ethiopian Delight
As the official birthplace and discovery of coffee back in 300 A.D., Ethiopia offers some of the best coffee from Africa. Organic Ethiopian Delight is from the Sidamo (Yirgacheffe) region and a popular favorite amongst coffee lovers because of the evolving experience from your first sip to the very last drop. It blends chocolate undertones and subtle berry brightness, giving it the famous mocha berry description that makes it a favorite delight.
*Colombia Sunshine
Prior to the explosion of coffee in America over the past decade, past generations grew up on this Central American Coffee alone; and making popular coffee companies household names. Colombia Sunshine is America's breakfast blend by offering a sweet and bready aroma, a prelude to its brightness but still offering a full-body and crisp dryness. Colombia Sunshine truly reflects the parallel between fine coffee and fine wine by leaving a clean and pleasant aftertaste.
Guatemalan Rainforest
Guatemalan Rainforest hails from the region of Cobán in Guatemala, which is known for its distinctive rolling hills and tropical rainforest in Central America; thus producing some of the finest coffees. Guatemalan Rainforest offers a light brightness with fruit like flavors in taste with a smooth medium body, perfect for a relaxing cup of coffee.

Cinnamon-Snickers
This is our most popular flavored coffee, which is understandable when you drink this delicious recipe. It starts with a classic recipe of for cinnamon-sugar cookies, and is adapted for specialty coffee. We then add the popular flavors of vanilla and hazelnut, creating this coffee delight.
Vanilla Crème Brûlée
All the flavor of this delicious dessert – creamy, caramelized double savory vanilla custard – is brought to life with a light roasted blend. Add your favorite sweetener to enhance the flavor.
Heavenly Tiramisu
The Italian dessert in a coffee, featuring the tastes of ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, chocolate cocoa, Marsala wine, and sweet espresso. For convenience, you can now enjoy this Italian treat in a delicious cup of coffee.
Caribbean Satisfaction
Imagine a Caribbean delight in a cup of coffee that you will not find everywhere! These coffee beans are enhanced with the flavors of syrup Jamaican rum blended with milky-sweet coconut shavings and luscious caramel. This is a perfect coffee to enjoy with dessert or by itself as a treat.
Mocha Caramel Truffle
The beauty of chocolate truffles in a cup. Creamy caramel centers, surrounded by sweet, milky chocolate and dusted with cocoa are all added to this flavored coffee. The only exception is you can please your sweet tooth without the consequences of high calories.
Hazelnut Frangelica
For this flavored coffee, great care and passion went into creating a replica of this sweet hazelnut liqueur. It starts with finely chopped hazelnuts and herbs that rest for weeks in vodka, slowly releasing their essence and flavor. The mixture then matures in sugar syrup for several more weeks while vanilla imparts the creamy sweetness that truly completes this incredible flavor.
