Delivery & Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 business days via United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. We are truly grateful for your business! Please note that you may request a "pick-up" option from our store location (335 W. Main Street, Durham, NC). Pick-up orders will be available next day after roasting. Orders intended for shipping, but placed under the "pick-up" option will either be adjusted to include shipping, or refunded.

• To ensure delivery confirmation of your order to your inbox (not bulk or junk folders), please add beyucaffe.com to your address book.
• When calculating transit days for shipping, do not count the day a package ships. Also do NOT include Saturday and Sunday when calculating business days.
• The United States Postal Service DOES NOT deliver on Sunday (nor Saturday in some areas) as part of their regular service. Please call us at 877.587.2398 for details or next day delivery options.
