Catering Policy
Ordering
• We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner delivery seven days a week to the NC Triangle area.
• We kindly request at least 48 hours advance notice to accommodate your order. That said, we get that sometimes life can put you in a pinch.
• If you need catering on short notice, please give us a call at 984-837-2313 to see if we can accommodate your needs. If we can, we certainly will!
• Beyu Catering has a 48 hour cancellation policy on all orders. Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery time may be subject to full charges. To cancel an order, please call Beyu Catering and speak directly to a catering manager.
• All prices are subject to service charge, sales tax and delivery fee.
• When specifying a delivery time, please note that your order will arrive within a 15-minute window surrounding the time selected.
Inclement Weather
The Beyu catering inclement weather policy will be activated whenever severe weather conditions arise. We utilize WRAL, ABC 11 and Weather Underground for severe weather alert systems. Beyu catering personnel will contact all affected clients in case of weather emergency 6-8 hours prior to delivery whenever possible.
