When will I receive my order?

Pre-orders will be shipped on Dec 1, 2020.  However, in general orders will be shipped by USPS and received between 3 - 6 days from order date, depending on final destination.

 

What is the timing for recurring subscriptions?

At this time, we offer subscriptions for every four weeks.

 

How do I sign up for a subscription plan?

Select the coffee to which you’d like to subscribe, click the subscription option (rather than single purchase), then add to cart.

 

Is there a tracking # for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be generated once your order ships and emailed to the address provided.

 

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.

 

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for subscriptions and orders over $25.  Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and zip code.  It is added at checkout. 

 

Can I place a large or bulk coffee order?

If you'd like to place a special order (more than 50 bags), please go to “Contact Us” and send us a message using the form to place a special order.  We’ll follow-up with you within 1 business day.

How should I store products?

Store coffee in an opaque airtight container at room temperature.  Do not store in the refrigerator or freezer.
